About the course

Whether you’re developing talent, supporting colleagues or helping others achieve their goals, the ability to develop and coach others is a valuable professional skill. Knowing how to help people grow and perform at their best can have a lasting impact on both individual and organisational success.

The Cambridge Online Business Coaching Programme provides a practical foundation in business coaching, helping you build confidence and coaching capability that can be applied across a wide range of professional settings. Whether you’re looking to enhance your people development skills, formalise experience gained through management or explore coaching as part of future career plans, you’ll gain a structured foundation in coaching practice through an Association for Coaching (AC) accredited training programme.

With a strong emphasis on practical application, you will develop coaching capability through experience rather than theory alone. Through coaching practice, reflection and feedback, you’ll learn how to facilitate coaching conversations, apply coaching approaches with confidence and work within clear ethical and professional boundaries. You’ll also explore how coaching can support individual development, organisational performance and coaching cultures within the workplace.

By the end of the programme, you’ll have a stronger understanding of coaching as a practice, greater confidence in applying coaching approaches in professional settings and a solid foundation in business coaching that can support your ongoing professional development. This programme holds the Accredited Award in Coach Training (AACT) with the Association for Coaching.
